This may be in the wrong place but I have a feeling that my issue is network related. My company recently switched to hosted VOIP and I'm having an issue. I have a Fortigate 60d and a Netgear GS752TPv2 for POE for the VOIP phones. There is no VLAN in place on either device and I have DHCP set up to segment a part of the range strictly for the phones by MAC address.
The problem is that two of the phones do not establish audio connections when called from any of the other twenty-seven phones on the same network. However, there are two caveats to that.
First, the two phones can call any of the others and audio is established with no problem.
Second, if a push-to-talk intercom-type call is initiated, it works fine and audio is established.
I've spoken with the provider and they say that, as the issues are internal, that the problem has to be with my network. This may be true. I tested one of the phones outside of the office network and it does work with calls. The problem is that I don't see where the problem could be. The ports all have Auto-VOIP disabled and all phones are only in VLAN 1. There are no settings on the firewall for VOIP or VLANs. So I'm at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I'll gladly provide more details if anyone needs clarification.
Thank you.
