I'm having an issue with an HP 48 port POE switch (JG963A) at one of my client sites. They have VOIP phones and two vlans (1 & 100 for data and VOIP respectively). Their computers are daisy chained through the phones and DHCP is on the server. Roughly once a week, the phones that are connected to this 48 port switch will loose network connectivity, but the computer will still be online and any phones connected to the core switch will keep working. If I reboot the 48 port switch, everything starts working again. LLDP is enabled and QoS is disabled, and looking through the logs, there doesn't seem to be anything related to this issue.
I'm not sure what the next best steps are. I can factory reset the switch and reconfigure it if you think that might help. I can also provide any additional information if needed. Any suggestions are appreciated, Thanks
