EAPS/EPSR capable access switches in a budget conscious line?

I’m putting together an A/V network, and would like to have a ring topology for physical redundancy, as well as a very fast recovery time. RSTP is okay, but won’t be seamless from an audio standpoint. The industry standard switches from Luminex and Pathway are perfectly suited, but are designed and priced (expensive) for people who have little networking knowledge and want simple interfaces with pre-optimized settings for AV networks. Does anyone know of switches that fit the bill? Need to be layer 2+ at least, and able to turn off EEE, preferably per port, but globally at least. Also need min 2 1G SFP slots. QoS, IGMP snooping also a must.

I know that FS has some that fit the bill, but I’m concerned about the posts that claim their gear or wire caught fire when using the POE ports. Should I be worried?
