2 routers interconnect issue

I have two TP link Archer AX3000. R1 and R2.

R1:

192.168.X.1/26

DHCP = .10 - .62

.1 = The default gateway

.3 = Connects to R2 WAN

.8 = DNS

WAN port connects to my ISP 24.x.x.x

R2:

192.168.X.192/26

DHCP= .194 - .254

.193 = The default gateway

PC1(.31) in the .1/26 subnet of (R1) unable to ping PC2(.237) in the .1/26 subnet (R2) . when I traceroute to the .237 from PC1 the next hop is 24.x x x and everything after that is a "* * * Request timed out"

What am I doing wrong here! I have tried to static route 192.168.X.192/26 192.168.X.3 LAN port and WAN port OR 192.168.X.192/26 next hop 192.168.X.193 same issue still unable to communicate with .192 subnet. keeping in mind that all hosts on R2 are able to access internet just fine. to add the .237 host is able to browse the next just fine :(
