Windows Radius Server vs Packetfence Radius

Hello all,

It is so that our company will change from tacacs to radius. We have looked at some possibilities to use either Windows Radius server or Packetfence radius. Unfortunately, we have a bad budget so we can not buy something expensive such as Cisco ISE.

The current solution we have now is that we have lots of different logins to our customers' routers / switches, it is only with certain customers we use the AD account to log in which is very annoying as you have to keep track of lots of different usernames and passwords, it applies the same to our internal network. We want to change this. We only want to use an account with a username and password for all routers / switches.

What is the most efficient, easiest but secure to use in this case, Windows Radius Server or Packetfence? What do you recommend?
