Two DHCP servers, with different ranges -can they see each other's resources?

We have an existing office network with IP range 192.168.0.100 - 192.168.0.254 (range 1) that is connected to a 5mbps/5mbps copper. No other services in our area. I am thinking about adding a T-Mobile hotspot with range 192.168.0.20 - 192.168.0.50 (range 2) which is now available in the area to supplement the network - maybe connect the 5 desktop units to it and leaving the phones, NAS and printers on range 1. I don't know much about this and wasn't sure if both ranges would be able to see each other - so the desktops on range 2 would have to be able to access the NAS and printers on range 1.

By way of explanation we can get our money back in 30 days if the T-mobile service doesn't work well enough for us as we are in a fringe area. We have VoIP phones, lots of static IP's and I don't want to spend a lot of time re-configuring stuff only to have to put it all back in 30 days. If I can do it the way I describe I'll just assign 5 computers static IP's in range2 and we'll know soon enough if the service will work for us.

Thanks.
