Sonicwall routing WAN subnet through another WAN IP

I have a side project for a friend that's setting up a site where the ISP routes a /28 through another WAN IP. They have a Sonicwall(I know ugh) and it appears that they still don't appear to have a way for a secondary WAN IP address like some other vendors do. I have read past posts on the topic and have seen suggestions on setting a static ARP entry for the the WAN address that the block routes through so that it responds to ISP requests. Another suggestion seemed to suggest creating a virtual interface and then basically doing a No NAT statement so that the traffic routing to the destination block isn't translated. Since that appears to require setting a VLAN would untagged tag traffic still get forwarded to this virtual interface though? What's the way people who are using Sonicwall are handling this?
