I was called to a brand new apartment to add RJ45 connectors to cables inside a media panel. I discovered the wall jack wires were not all terminated. The B-standard was used. The orange and blue wires were punched down, but the green and brown wires were not punched down to the keystone. This was in all 4 keystones in the unit.
Did I do the other half of somebody’s job?
