Port forwarding problems after setting up ISP failover

To start, I am not extremely knowledgeable in routers and how all of it works.

We have used Ubiquity EdgeRouters for a couple years and have worked great. I recently set up a second ISP (HughesNet) to work as a failover if our mail ISP fails. I used the setup wizard to set it up and I did make sure that the HughesNet is a failover only.

Now our port forwarding is not working. I checked the port forwarding settings and they are the same as well as our public IP, those have not changed. We have a static IP from our main ISP. I even disabled the EdgeRouter firewall in case that became an issue after setting up failover. Still didn't work.

Could this be an issue with HughesNet interfering even though it is set up as a failover network only? I do not care if the port forwarding works with HughesNet since it is not critical and we would only be on HughesNet temporarily in case of an outage.

If this is a Ubiquity EdgeRouter issue, would there be a better router to use for failover that will not allow HughesNet to interfere with our main ISP and port forwarding over our main ISP?
