Longshot lab request - looking for colo or service for inexpensive Cloud dedicated connectivity

This is a longshot. I'm looking for a colo or service provider that:

  • Has existing connectivity to something like Equinix Fabric for cloud connectivity (primarily AWS/Azure/GCP, OCI is nice to have).
  • Can either hand off an uplink to a server/router or provide a hosted routing service.
  • If they're managing routing, need to be able to connect to them with IPSEC.
  • No SLA needed, just for lab.

PacketFabric can do this with their Cloud Router product, but its $500 NRC and $500 MRC plus the cost of the connections.

1U rack space is cheap but the cloud connectivity part is tricky.

Any thoughts?
