So I decided I wanted a bump in life but unfortunately to get that much closer to projects you have to be tested in all aspects. And this aspect I am most certainly lacking so please, like the great Mr Scott said 'talk to me like I'm 6' lol anyway let me know thoughts etc much appreciated

Not an excuse but I've literally spent my whole life fixing Mr Gate's tech I've never really looked beyond h/w so this took me a very long time and I've hit a brick wall. I feel there's a trick question as it says 'what can & can't be done'...
