Last ditch effort here; I have anS5000 switch and I’ve tried to add a 12 port 10gbase-t module. When the switch comes up, it “thinks” that the module is an FCoE module, and the post fails. The module definitely works. I’ve tested it in three other s5000’s and it works. For whatever reason, this chassis just does not like these modules, even though it works great with other modules. Anyone have any ideas to try? I’ve updated the FTOS to 9.13 (latest).
