Is the "Network Warrior: Everything You Need to Know That Wasn't on the CCNA Exam" book still relevant?

This book was written in 2011. It says " Everything You Need to Know That Wasn't on the CCNA Exam". But the CCNA exam has changed ever since. The latest CCNA 200-301 covers lots of topics that older CCNA's didn't cover. Do you think this book is still relevant? What is your opinion?
