Hi everyone,
I'm facing an issue with profiling MacBooks through ethernet (keeping in mind that MacBooks need to use adapted for that) but its not recognized as MacBooks nor ISE detecting the OS as MacOS.
Thing i have tried:
-playing around with the profiling rules to skip the first apple device rule since it only checks the MAC addr OUI (since the adapter is not apple's)
-trying different adapter
-running manual NMAP scans to detect the OS
But nothing worked, have anyone faced the issue?
ISE TAC is useless 2 month into a ticket nothing seems to work.
