Routing one PC to two subnets

Hi I'm pretty new to a lot of this still and was looking for some help.

I was wondering if there was a good way y'all knew how to connect one PC to two different devices on separate subnets while referencing each device in a single executable C++ script. The DLL doesn't allow for simultaneous connection to each device, but hoping there would be a way for the PC to to look at both addresses. Any advice, help, explanations, clarification would be super helpful.
