We are forced to rent office space from a political campaign contributor and the internet access there is terrible. It's 5mb that goes back to a state firewall 90 miles away and is very unreliable. We are not allowed to get our own ISP into the building. There's no option to rent from anywhere else for at least a year and a half.
Right now a few key users have AT&T hotspots so that got me thinking maybe I could put a small firewall in place and have it use a hotspot as the WAN and then hook the LAN ports up to wireless access points.
How crazy is that idea?
