Is it possible to offload to a GPU in the following way ?

Im setting up a lab network and I have the following devices at hand.

Mellanox sn2700 switch (32 port 100Gb/s)

Gigabyte Server with Mellanox ConnectX6-DX (Dual QSFP+ 100Gb/s each), 2TB RAM, 24 NVMe Drives , 2 AMD EPYC 7742 CPU's

Dell Server with Mellanox ConnectX3-PRO(Single QSFP+ 40Gb/s NIC)

Also i have an Nvidia Quadro card in the Dell server.

I want the Gigabyte Server to be my main server, for storage , docker images , containers etc. What i am trying to figure out is if it is possible to run an application say something like airsim(for research purposes) and have the Nvidia GPU from the dell server be available to me over the network for gpu offloading ?
