Connection of static ip address with class C ip address network.

we are facing trouble in making communication of an industrial Android Tablet with already existing corporate network, what exactly we wanted to do is to connect 10.10.220.x static ip address (Android Tablet) with the already existing network of 192.168.x.y. I have tried adding this static ip address manually via going in control panel/Network Connections/Ethernet Properties/IPv4 Properties/Advance option/ Add Ip address. By taking this action Computer from network (192.168.x.y) was able to ping static ip (i used 10.10.220.81) but pinging from 10.10.220.81 to PC connected in mwntioned network was not successful.

Please guide me how can we complete this task.
