What are some "in the field" basics I should know?

Hello, I recently passed my CCNA and began working in a networking position for a MSP. This is my first job in the field, so I'm pretty entry level. So far I've been working with a variety of firewalls and switches, but the real thing is nothing like the studies. I've struggled a bit in the beginning, and while I feel more confident than when I first started, there's always more to learn. I feel like I'm overwhelmed with options, and would like some advice on what specifically I should try to hone in on.
