New office cable runs.. should we be doing Cat6a for everything at this point?

Assuming it's in the budget, is Cat6a the way to go for everything (Workstations, AP's, VOIP, Cameras, etc.) for future proofing? We'll likely be in this office for the next 10 years.

50 person office with room for growth. Heavy on the software development side of things.
