My company is looking at moving to a new building. Currently the networking is run in second-hand Juniper switches. It's pretty cheap off eBay so my "warranty" is having at least 3 cold spares of each on the shelf.
I'd like to move to proper supported devices, but Juniper is just too expensive for this (also doesn't handle power interruption well at all!). I will REALLY miss commit confirm though, and I don't like cisco style syntax.
Is there anyone else doing a nice CLI interface with candidate configs but the hardware is more budget friendly? I only need layer 2 and OSPF so nothing advanced.
