Recommendations for industrial 8-port unmanaged gigabit switch

I run the network for my cohousing community, which has 34 condos. We have a hub-and-spoke setup where cable goes from our common house (with Comcast business connection) out to our 4 buildings. 8-port unmanaged switches then take the signal to each individual condo. The switches are in the buildings' mechanical rooms which also house the buildings' boilers, so it can get quite hot in there during the Colorado summers.

We've been using these Red Lion 10/100 switches for the past 17 years and they've worked fine, especially for $160 each.

Although things generally seem to be working well with the network, with so many people working from home I want to start thinking about upgrading these switches to gigabit. We currently have 150 down with Comcast, so we're already losing a little bandwidth due to the 100 limit on the Red Lions. I've done some searching but most companies that sell industrial switches don't put their prices on the web and I've never heard of most of them. You have to "request a quote."

I did come across the following options on Amazon, but I obviously hate trusting Amazon reviews:

I thought I would see if the good people here have any recommendations for an industrial-grade (meaning withstand very high temperatures) 8-port unmanaged gigabit switch at a reasonable price point. We have no need for PoE.
