Overcome Cisco Switch time difference with NTP server once booted

Hello,

Is there a configuration that i can set on Cisco switch to synch with the NTP server even if the time difference is big between local switch time and NTP server(besides setting time manually)

Cisco states: "NTP compares the time that is reported by several machines and does not synchronize to a machine whose time is significantly different from the others, even if its stratum is lower"

In Juniper, they overcome this problem with the command: set ntp boot-server x.x.x.x (dedicated for booting)
