Is there a small program to change IP settings from a created list?

I have to go back and forth to change my Ip/Subnet during the day to test various network devices. I am looking for a program where I can create lists of Ip/Subnet/Gateway combinations and clicking each list item will change my pc network settings to those values.

Any help will be appreciated. My last option is to try and make one using batch file
