Is Fortinet support garbage?

I’ve had a ticket open for a week about an SSL VPN issue I’ve been having. I’ve been bounced around to 3 different techs, none of which seemed to have communicated the work they had already done on the tickets so every tech ends up repeating the same troubleshooting steps. The current tech is just sending me emails and said he can’t call me today because he has meetings and will “try” to call me tomorrow.

No one has been able to resolve my issue.

Is this really what Fortinet support is like?
