At school, when everyone in the class is using Chromebooks at the same time, the WiFi always gets really slow. When we point this out, the teacher is always like, "it's because everyone's on at the same time." Is that actually how it works? I know that modems have some form of limited upload and download channels, and that when I'm downloading more than one thing on my PC the download speeds are split evenly.
