Help, POE cameras keep cutting out.

I have 7 POE cameras all outdoor types. The issue I'm having is the feeds randomly cut out sometimes. I suspect bad cables as they were made by me, and what's also interesting is if I run any other kind of traffic over the POE network cables the feeds drop out almost right away. Like if I enable SSDP in my CCTV network almost all cameras stop functioning. Any ideas, thoughts?

I'm posting this here, because I believe it's a networking issue.
