Fiber to RJ45 question

I’m trying to upgrade some switches at a school (as a volunteer) and two buildings are connected via fiber and a couple 10/100 switches.

I’d like to upgrade the switches so I thought an sfp transceiver might work to plug in the fiber but I’m out of my element here. The one I got is clearly wrong as pictured in a link below.

My question is, what kind of converter do I need to convert this cable to rj45?

I know so little about fiber I don’t even know what other info to provide. The fiber goes into an old amer.com sr24n switch with a fiber module. It has a tx and rx input as pictured below.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated greatly!
