Cisco Learning Library vs. Virtual Classroom Delivery

Has anyone used this as of lately, it’s supposedly changed and if so how was it? Would you suggest “Virtual Classroom Delivery” from a Certified Cisco Partner over Cisco Learning Library or are they about one in the same?
