For the last ~3 weeks our locations in South America has been having huge problems with Internet access. All our sites break out via the Zscaler node in Sao Paolo.
The problem only happens during local business hours, and the result is huge latency (400-500ms) and 10-15% packet loss.
It seems to me that there is a bottleneck somewhere in the outskirts of the Sao Paolo Zscaler node, possible in a Level 3 router.
Zscaler support has been involved in our case, but can't find anything wrong in the ZEN itself.
Our ISP (Verizon) can't find anything wrong in their part of the network, or in the last mile.
Just wondering if there are any Zscaler customers from South America in this forum that is experiencing the same?
