Maximum patch cable length for a temporary run?

I am helping a local charity do a streaming setup. Their plan is to run physical cable (which I plan to make certain is solid core) through the building for it, but until it is installed, they are using consumer grade wifi equipment that I do not trust to provide a solid network connection. They have had some hitches that I strongly suspect is related to the wifi (as I have had bad experiences with consumer grade wifi in the past). Rather than get a Ruckus or some other AP as a temporary measure until the physical cable is installed, I am thinking of running a temporary patch cable through the building’s hallway and stairwell for the stream to bypass wifi entirely. There are only 4 people in the building, so it should be possible to ensure safety by ensuring that they go nowhere near it.

I would rather not use a solid core cable as a temporary measure because I expect being put into place before and removed after every single stream could cause a failure in it from metal fatigue, but I am a little concerned about the signal integrity over a 60m patch cable as I have never heard of anyone ever using one for such a run. Is there any known reliability issue when using such a long patch (stranded) cable for a temporary run?
