Where to start with Networking?

Hi everyone, hope you all are having a great day.

I don't know if this was asked before or if i'm allowed to post it here.

I'm planning on starting a career in networking (I do have a little networking background but never got any certification) and from what I got from the internet the best course to start with is the CISCO CCNA I'm interested in the routing and switching path

but where do I go from here whats the best certification I should try to go for and which one do companies look for.
