Question on DR/Co-location site network switches recommendation from vendor.

Hey guys,

So basically a VAR is recommending Cisco Meraki ms 225 for our future DR/Co location. We are planning on using VEEAM/Exagrid for our replications/backups. I read the requirements for these applications but I want to be sure that our vendor is recommending the proper equipment, for me personally I don`t like Meraki for Co-location/DR but the cost is what management likes.

So I was wondering am I being paranoid here or is the Meraki a bad choice and if it is any recommendations?

We would prefer switches with 10G
