Newbie Help choosing hardware for 16+ wired LAN ports

Hey - New adhoc IT director needing to set up a good functional network for new business. Building has so many wifi there are no channels without major interference.... We use voip (softphones, and no other items either that need poe) and I've got a patch bay ready for up to 48 Cat6 wired ports. Using spectrum router for wifi and 4 LAN outs. What I need feels very (seemly) simple but I can't seem to find help or suggestions on what to use....i need to connect 8 users, 1 TV and 1 printer now with room to grow for more users (2, 4 more) in future, to wired ports to ensure continuous connection, without limitation to anyone user. I feel like a managed switch with 16 out is my best bet,but I'm not looking to set up a crazy internal network. Just need them all to access the internet and I don't want to invest $300 for nothing, or to learn I have to create crazy settings I know nothing about. Any suggestions?? Plz help!
