Need help selecting a good wireless bridge that will be moving consistently in a circular pattern. Any ideas?

I work for a dairy technology company. So if you are familiar with rotary milking systems that is a plus. If you're not. Just imagine a fair's merry go round but for cows.

Now imagine every horse on the merry go round has an Iot POE powered device, with a network switch attached to the center pivot. The switch is powered by a slip ring power connection, and so rotates with the platform, staying fixed relative to the horses/stall on the carousel.

I need to get a wireless bridge to connect these POE devices back to a main access point. The bridge can be fixed to the top of the carousel and will always have line of sight, but will be rotating, and so needs to be omnidirectional. The distance is maybe ~40-50 metres point to point.

Any recommendations?
