Curious to know if someone working at T mobile are in this subreddit and tell us what happened.

As title suggests, I am and I guess some others as well might be curious to know what happened? Any Network Engineer who worked on it firsthand tell us what the issue was and how it got resolved. I don’t want the vague “routing issue” answer on this post. Please don’t spam abusing T mobile. Mod, could you please help me not spam it.
