Cisco IP phones won't turn ON

Hello all,

I have a Cisco IP phone that it suddenly cannot boot, and even its screen is off.

I have noticed that only the mute button is turned ON with a RED light. I did my search and I found that if the phone cannot get an IP the mute button will flash, but in my case, it is not.
