Best resources for learning networking as a complete newbie

I’m currently an 25 y/o RN who loathes the field and looking to educate myself on networking.

I’ve always had an interest in networking/IT, but was too intimidated to ever actually do anything up until now.

As the title says, I’m a complete newbie. I’m no stranger to computers, as I’ve grown up with them and even built them, but I know that doesn’t mean anything.

I’m more than willing to put in the work, and I’ve even gone searching in this sub to find a couple of posts from a few years back with a couple of suggestions as for where to get started, but I figured I’d ask to see if there are any more recommendations and maybe some resources that are modern/more beneficial.
