Hi,
We have a bunch of Cisco 3560 PoE access switches now, and we're probably going to move pretty entirely to a soft phone solution so PoE will slowly not be a need (Aside from maybe a couple of switches for the odd meeting room phone, odd hard phone at other places etc..) 802.3af should be sufficient as we're just powering phones.
There is an "argument" for PoE for 802.3bt but that's incredibly expensive atm and very few devices even support that. We're on a low budget, so I thought I could get some beefy distribution / core switches, and spend a lot less for the access ones
Does anyone have any that may be decent? I've seen Mikrotik, Ubiquiti and fs.com switches which are a lot cheaper than Cisco
