Have NAS Set up As VPN Server Using OpenVPN, But Can't Open Mapped Drive Using Laptop

So I'm very much a newb and have researched this extensively, but everything that I read might as well be in a foreign language. I have used OpenVPN to turn my NAS into a VPN Server and am using my laptop with OpenVPN to connect to it. I'm showing that OpenVPN connects fine to my NAS and the connection shows in the connection log of my NAS, but I'm unable to access the mapped drive that I have set up. Can anyone help?

My goal is to be able to remotely access my QNAP NAS and be as safe as possible while doing so.
