Cannot ping VPN connected devices (my home machine) from Corp network connected devices?

Hi everyone,

Quick, nooby question. I just had someone at work as why they couldn't, from their work device, ping their home device, which is connected to our corp VPN.

My assumption was something to do with what I could see in a route print output. The VPN subs are 10.101.154/155. I see in route print that my IP I have assigned on my home device connected to VPN has a subnet mask of 255.255.255.255 and a Gateway of On-Link or 0.0.0.0? Is this why? Thanks!
