If we have a breakout cable ( 40G to 4X10G) , can we connect the 10G ports to different switches or the four ports must belong to one switch or a Virtual Chassis? Is there any mac address learning limitation.
If you are not allowed to connect the 10G port to different switches then what's the benefit of the breakout cable ?
