I'm looking for the best way to get rid of some stuff

I have 2 48u and enclosed racks that came out of corporate offices here in Los Angeles. I also have the Panduit wire management a bunch of the patch panels 48 + 24 as well as fiber optic patch panels.

I am stumped sat this point and need some help!
