Help needed with Ethernet wiring standards and wether it'll work.

A large new building that has been prewired with CAT6 has been punched down in a T568A scheme from the jacks to a patch panel, but the patch cables that are being used from the patch panel to the switch are in a T568B scheme, will the network work like it's supposed to or will the jacks and patch panel have to be remade to a T568B scheme to make it work? I can't seem to find a answer anywhere online. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Doing this off a phone sorry for any incorrect formatting. Can add more details if needed
