So, I'm sitting here at work, about to upgrade a long list of networks that has some access points each.
I could not help thinking that there must be a smarter way, than sitting here clicking the same things over and over like a madman for hours.
Problem is; I'm in doubt as of how to crack this nut.
The result I want:
To be able to set a date, time and firmware version, and push this out on all networks and their APs.
I've searched through GWN Cloud for an option to do something similar, and found nothing.
I suppose a solution would be scripting, but I'd like to avoid solutions that just mirror mouse movement and keyboard strokes (I'm looking at you, AHK).
My questions are:
- Is it possible?
- If yes; Suggestions as of to how?
- Is it actually worth the time?
I'm not asking for it to be created for me. I do not mind having to do all the work myself, I'd just like to know if anyone has done something like this, or if someone of greater experience deems it possible / worth the time.
Ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
