Our meraki APs were under our previous engineer and i’d like to change the admin email and password. The issue is that we tried contacting the engineer and asked him to forward the details, but apparently he forgot the password. We tried to reset it and he does not get the email either. We suspect that the email has been forgotten and I have no idea how to go forward with this.
Can I factory reset the AP, login with the default serial number, and somehow re-register it? Much appreciated.
