Would this cut it for a home lab?

Hi all,

I'm looking to get my 1st server for home labbing and need some advice. I intend to use it for mostly GNS3/EVE-NG for labbing with Cisco and Juniper routers/switches.

I don't fancy shelling out for something new so have been looking at some used hardware online shops. I'm tempted to go for a HP Z800 with the following specs:

2 x Intel Xeon X5670 - 6-Core 2.93Ghz (12MB Cache, 6.40GTs, 95W)

6 x 8GB - DDR3 1866MHz (PC3-14900R, 2RX8, ECC REG)

nVidia Quadro K2200 - 4GB GDDR5 (2*DisplayPort, DVI)

Would this be suitable for pure routing and switching labbing? I realise it's fairly outdated tech, but how many years of use do you think I could expect to get out of this?
