Which Tier1 ISPs route Europe to Asia with best latency / most direct route?

Looked at a few traceroutes and it seems NTT, Zayo to be routing internally traffic from i.e. London to Australia/Japan via US. Are there any Tier1 providers which do most traffic from Europe to Asia with a better latency/direct route via Middle East/Russia? Thanks
