VPC connection between Cisco and D'link

Hello my fellow reddit users,

I have a question, is it possible to connect 2 Cisco Nexus 7000 with 2 D'link switches ?.

My setup is at the moment 2 Cisco Nexus 7000 switches (linked via. VPC peer-link at eth1, and keep-alive link via mgmt0)

1. D'link 1510-28x and 1. D'link 1510-52x (both are connected at the Cisco Switches, furthermore on both switches is LACP enabled and active)

I have one client on each switch (I am trying to ping from one client to another). The VPC is active and working on the nexus switches, but both clients can't see each other, that is kind of frustrating. Does anyone have an idea, what else I could try?. If you need more information, just give me a short call.
