Multiple router models with the same SSID and Password, to auto-connect to the nearest router?

Hi all,

Essentially, we have a complex / bad IT setup currently. Right now, there are two internet lines coming into our building, and it's broken up into 2 routers for one line, and 1 router for the other line -- to serve the same subset of users. As users walk around, they have to manually change to the respective wifi router, or else experience one bar service. Once a day is fine - but users are going back and forth between these three locations 10-15 times a day.

To solve this issue, by matching up the SSID and Passwords of all the 3 routers, I'm assuming users will automatically connect to the nearest router. Would this work? Otherwise, how would you do this?

Right now, we're using Grandstream 7630 for two routers, and a D-LINK for the third.
